Job Description

Responsibilities
- Engage in Post-sales activities of Cyber Security products.
- Provide on-site implementation services including design, testing, deployment & documentation.
- Involve in large scale project implementation.
- Be proactive to analyse and clarify customer queries though troubleshooting and researching issues
- Actively participate in team and departmental meetings and recommend feedback for improvement
- Be on routine standby to support 24x7 maintenance support calls
- Min Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- Experience with Web Application Firewall / Database Security.
- Familiar with Networking and linux system.
- Min 1 year of experience supporting systems and network related solutions, especially servers and network administration.
- Able to perform endpoint & network troubleshooting
- Past experience on Cyber Security Products & Cyber Security Knowledge are added advantages
- Team player and self driven
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a necessary part of the job
- Added advantage if you have Microsoft MCSA & MCSE certification & Cisco CCNA & CCNP certification.
- Familiar on databases and cloud architecture
- Knowledge in security software solutions.
