Job Description

:

Lead and execute end-to-end deployments and migrations of Microsoft Purview, performing data discovery, classification, and labeling processes across diverse environments Configure and implement automated data loss prevention (DLP), insider risk management, and compliance policies using Purview and Microsoft Security tools Enable data assessment at scale, developing custom policies and automations to manage sensitive information Develop and automate data lifecycle management, information governance, and regulatory compliance workflows using advanced scripting (e.g., PowerShell) and automation techniques Conduct comprehensive testing and user acceptance cycles, fine-tuning configurations and policies per real-world feedback and business use cases. Create and maintain compliance dashboards and custom reports by translating technical findings into actionable insights directly within client environments Collaborate closely with security architects and project teams to align technical implementation with organizational security objectives Provide technical leadership, hands-on mentoring, and training to clients and junior team members, fostering a security-first mindset through practical demonstrations and workshops

Reqirements:

8+ years of experience in data governance and security with strong expertise in Microsoft Purview Information Protection Comprehensive knowledge of data classification, DLP (Data Loss Prevention), and regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA Demonstrated ability to implement and tune Purview for diverse environments, including hybrid and multi-cloud ecosystems Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Azure Logic Apps) for policy enforcement and data protection Strong consulting, stakeholder engagement, and client relationship management skills Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation abilities to translate technical solutions into business value


Additional requirements:


Mandatory certification: Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate Certificate (SC-400) Relevant certifications such SC-100, CISSP, CISM are highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex security incidents Experience with cloud security concepts and Microsoft Azure security services Track record of successful client engagements and project delivery in a consulting environment * Banking domain exp preferred
