The Opportunity:

• Permanent role
• Work location: East West
• Work hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Oversees security tool administration, including log collection, patching, updates, and issue resolution
• Contributes part of the global team for IT/OT environment (24/7), with knowledge of ICS and SCADA considered an advantage
• Handles security incidents across multiple vectors, including endpoint protection, malware analysis, network and computer forensics
• Performs vulnerability assessments using automated and manual techniques, and delivers clear, prioritized remediation plans
• Monitors security alerts, evaluates new threats and vulnerabilities, and identifies potential risks
• Develops and implements mitigation strategies, configuration enhancements, patch processes, and automation to improve response
• Investigates incidents thoroughly, manages escalation and resolution, ensures detailed documentation, and updates knowledge articles
• Leads projects, analyzes data from various sources for risk detection, and collaborates closely with internal teams, vendors, and partners to strengthen security

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in IT or related field.
• Security certifications (e.g. CySA+, PenTest+, CCSP, GCIH, OSCP) preferred; IT certifications (e.g. GRID, AZ-500, CISSP, CISM) a plus
• Strong hands-on experience with SIEM, PAM, IAM, Threat Hunting, Firewall or security tool implementation and monitoring
• Extensive experience in technical support, remote assistance, SOC/CSIRT operations, security engineering, and end-to-end incident handling
• Skilled in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and managing security technologies, including configuring controls like RBAC, IAM, Zero Trust, UTM, Proxy, and SOAR
• Solid knowledge of networking, Linux, security concepts, security architecture, and log collection mechanisms (e.g. Syslog, log files, DB API)
• Travel required up to 25%
