Job Description

A Security Executive is responsible for overseeing security operations, including managing personnel, developing policies, incident response, and ensuring compliance with regulations.



Key Responsibilities



Security Operations Management

:

Supervise Security Personnel

: Oversee daily activities of security officers to ensure adherence to protocols.


Incident Response

: Lead responses to security incidents and conduct investigations on breaches or hazards.


Schedule Management

: Plan and coordinate the deployment of security officers for various operations and events.


Patrol Oversight

: Ensure that regular patrols are conducted to deter illegal activities.

Policy Development and Enforcement

Create Security Policies

: Develop procedures for emergency responses and access controls.


Enforce Compliance

: Regularly audit and ensure adherence to security policies among staff and visitors.


Policy Review

: Continuously review and update policies in context with evolving security landscapes.

Risk Assessment and Security Planning

Site Inspections

: Conduct inspections to verify that security systems and protocols are functioning effectively.

Technology Management

Integrate Security Technologies

: Collaborate with IT to enhance the overall security infrastructure.

Incident and Emergency Management

Maintain Incident Records

Communication and Liaison

: Serve as the primary point of contact for security-related matters within the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Experience

: 2-5 years of experience in security roles, with some time in management. Familiarity with security technologies is advantageous.

Leadership Skills
