We invite suitable and motivated candidates to join us as:







SECURITY & FIRE SAFETY OFFICER
(8-hour shift duty)




Responsibilities:




Carry out surveillance on fire/safety violations, vandalism or suspicious activities or persons on the premises


Perform regular perimeter checks and patrols


Respond to fire alarm activations and be familiar with fire safety procedures of evacuation


Operate and maintain security control equipment


Maintain logs and records of occurrences, submit incident reports where necessary


Assist with crowd and traffic control


Respond to and assist tenants, shoppers and visitors with any enquiries

Qualifications & Requirements:



Completed secondary school education with relevant WSQ/NSRS certification


Able to speak and write English


Experience in a similar capacity in a commercial building


Medical and physically fit and able to perform 3 rotating shifts
