Job Responsibilities

Perform and record safe entry for staffs, workers, visitors and contractors.
To safe guard the premises through surveillance and patrols.
Control traffic & movement by directing drivers.
Respond to alarms and react in a timely manner.
Handle all incoming mail.
Take and pass messages to visitors accurately.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access (monitor visitors\xe2\x80\x99 logbook).
Perform any other job tasks as assigned.
