Moet Hennessy IT APAC team has an exciting opportunity for a Security and Infrastructure Lead based in our Singapore regional office. Reporting to the CISO and Head of Technology, you will:

• Enable APAC IT leaders to realize adopted strategic intent through the design and delivery of infrastructure projects.
• Create solutions leveraging various domains of technologies, including cybersecurity, cloud, server infrastructure - potentially other areas as well.
• Work with the global teams to design procedures and ensure that the investments are done in full alignment with the priorities defined in the organization.
• Work with the global security teams to ensure all projects are managed with a security by design mindset.

Main Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the overall guidelines and standard operating procedures of Technology & Operations across the region
• Design and implement Migration strategy to public cloud environments (Azure, Aliyun & GCP).
• Maintain existing cloud infrastructure working alongside MH partners.
• Evaluate and recommend necessary changes in performance tuning, infrastructure design and monitoring.
• Analyse problems, evaluate technical issues, test, maintain, modify, integrate, monitor technical infrastructures.
• Execute technology successfully by minimizing downtime as well as disruptions.
• Partner with the CISO to define, develop and prioritize execution of IT security strategy across the region.
• Work with market IT leaders to ensure alignment with strategic infrastructure objectives and targets.
• Lead technology selection efforts from a technical perspective
• Lead RFP question formulation and be responsible for their completion
• Formulate technology recommendations while working with stakeholders
• Compile technology findings and recommendations for leadership decisions.
• Drive proof-of-concept and implementation activities from an architectural perspective.
• Identify technologies appropriate to incorporate in solution architectures
• Develop and maintain infrastructure architecture diagrams, solution architecture documents and other artifacts to guide implementations
• Translate requirements into the formulation of solutions
• Present subject matter to project teams, governance forums and other audiences as needed

Profile

• 8+ years of experience in managing infrastructure technology including servers and one or more public clouds (Azure, GCP, Aliyun).
• 5+ years of experience in managing Governance, Risk, Compliance in cybersecurity context
• Experience in managing SaaS based IAM solutions.
• Working knowledge of mid-large scaler workload migration to clouds.
• Vendor/supplier relationship management.
• Be able to leverage knowledge to influence the speed and direction of projects.
• Be able to consider the variety of options available and recommend the best approach or solution, weighing the benefits and detractors of each.
• Be able to think beyond standards; creatively, yet pragmatically
• Possess a delivery-focused mindset for speed to market
• Be able to think broadly in terms of overall project approach and show adaptability as customer ask or leadership direction shifts
• Be able to research and come up to speed quickly on new technology areas
• Possess exceptional communication skills and tailoring presentations to suit the audience
• Experience in running and managing infra as a code technology.
• Experience in IT or security organizations supporting mobile or "disconnected" workforce
• Experience developing detailed security and infrastructure architectures.
• 3+ years of experience in a global organization
