• Ensure that security metrics such as antivirus compliance, NAC device compliance, and security device health are within an acceptable range.
• Ensure that security-related access requests such as requests to perform vulnerability scanning on servers, remote accesses are provisioned, whitelisting of websites are allowed, etc, are met timely and documented properly
• Interface with the customer counterpart and work with any operational concerns raised during regular calls.
• Provide management support during operational or security incidents during and after business hours.
• Work with Kyndryl teams and customer teams for any potential innovations or new business opportunities as identified by the customer

Security Risk Regulatory Management

• Ensure that compliance metrics such as open compliance issues, open patch records, outstanding deviations to security policies, overdue device build checklist records, etc are within an acceptable range.
• Ensure that compliance issues, issues raised during reviews, issues raised by the customer are analyzed and solutioned properly.
• Investigate, validate, and perform risk management for risks noted by Kyndryl or the customer, and communicate to senior management as needed
• Ensure that the agreed security policies are updated and drive its implementation to the environment.
• Provide assistance and guidance to the customer or to the Kyndryl teams before (audit strategy), during (coordination and validation), and after (action item validation and tracking) audits and reviews.

Configuration Management

• Ensure the timely update (add, modify, delete) of the Customer and Kyndryl inventory systems
• Ensure that the inventory systems and sources of truth are reasonably accurate and synchronized
• Work with Kyndryl teams and customer teams during reconciliation and clean-up efforts
• Work with Kyndryl teams and customer teams for innovation and improvement with regards to the management of the CMDB and the security inventory

Identity and Access Management

• Ensure that the secondary control compliance metrics (quarterly employment verification, continued business need validation, privilege revalidation) are within acceptable range
• Work with the Kyndryl and Customer teams for improvement and innovation related to the process of access management

Required Technical and Professional Expertise Required Skills

• Knowledge and expertise of enterprise on-premise security devices and hybrid/on-cloud services. This include, but are not limited to, antivirus (SEP and Crowdstrike), email security (CISCO ESA, Symantec Messaging Gateway), proxy (Symantec Bluecoat), Vulnerability Scanner (Qualys), NAC (Forescout)
• Knowledge and expertise in cybersecurity management and cybersecurity best practices to support security operations and security strategy, and to be able to provide advice and solve problems for the customer
• Knowledge and expertise in IT compliance, IT risk management, and IT audit processes and best practices. Auditor experience preferred to streamline challenges during audits.
• Project management skills to drive and track multiple initiatives that are executed simultaneously and minimize inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Communications skills to facilitate technical meetings, root cause analysis, reporting to management, responding to auditors, and directing teams to commit and meet requirements. An ability to have a user-focused perspective and sympathize with what the user/report requestor wants is also preferred.
• Negotiation skills to help steer management decisions and prioritization, as well as influence administrators and practioners to drive compliance on the lowest level
• Interpersonal and managerial skills to manage the professional development and professional well being of the immediate team, while consistently meeting HR requirements

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience ITIL V3 / ITIL4 Foundations or Intermediate Certification
Certifications: Cybersecurity certifications such as CISM, CISSP, COBIT, CISA, CEH, ISO27000 Lead Implementor/Lead Auditor
Familiarity with IT and IT Security Frameworks applicable to both Kyndryl and Customer requirements such as ITIL, COBIT, ISO27000, COBIT, and CIS
