-Salary: $2800 - $5500/month + Bonus -Training is provided for candidates without experience -Deals with Security, Surveillance, Network & Server equipment -Candidates with relevant and higher expe -Salary: $2800 - $5500/month + Bonus -Training is provided for candidates without experience -Deals with Security, Surveillance, Network & Server equipment -Candidates with relevant and higher experience will be considered for Senior Engineer -Salary will commensurate with Candidates' Work Experience & Qualifications -Senior candidates may be expected to lead a team of Maintenance Engineers for assigned project to ensure customer delivery and satisfaction Jobscope: Responsible for the deployed system functionalities and ensure in working condition at all times. Provide Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Deployed System Conduct & carry out Testing and Commissioning with end users Ensure periodical backup of database is carried out monthly/quarterly Conduct functional checks on system (server/workstation/networks) and provide patches and AV/License of application software updates Collate reports and service checklist of preventive maintenance works for billing purpose and corrective maintenances works report for filing Do trending of the equipment failure and provides feedback to Quality Assurances (QA) on products quality. Keep track of the equipment obsolete and prepare/updates service checklist Monitor and provide adequate and continuous flow of spare parts availability to support and meet downtime of system, ensure adequate spares and tools for necessary service work Attend all site meetings, inspections and check on contractor's work quality Managing and co-ordinate with sub-contractors and customer on site matters, work schedule and quality of work. Support Contract administration works (Ordering, billing milestone, O&M submission, Operation Manual submission, maintenance checklist and asset list) Monitor of EOL/EOS of equipment installed and updates authority Provide with quotation for adhoc service request/ VO work not within maintenance contract and carry out A&A work/ VO work for sites during maintenance cycle Response to customers promptly when activated during and after office hours Submission of Maintenance Plan proposal and resources allocation and updates maintenance document and design plans Depending on allocated project, may standby for duty and attend adhoc call after office hours. Provide 24 hours emergency support on site when activated Requirement: Higher Nitec / Diploma / Degree in computer science, information system, electrical engineering, computer engineering or a related IT / Engineering discipline Relevant working experience in maintenance roles, those with security system experience in Electronic Access Control & CCTV will be added advantage Possess some knowledge in Security /Server System / Network equipment an added advantage Knowledge in construction drawings and single line diagrams / Autocad an added advantage Certification in IT Service Management (ITSM) an added advantage To proceed, click on the APPLY NOW EA License | 14C7092 EA Registration Number | R22105949 EA Personnel: Guo Ruishen
