Job Description

• 44 hours work week including night shift
• Experience working in Shopping malls
• Civilian Wear
• Possess a Valid Security License

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine patrols to monitor store premises.
• Assist in the supervision of in-house security personnel and Agency guard services.
• Performs rotating & night shift-duty to provide security and patrol company premises according to specified procedures.
• Inspection & monitoring of security passes & goods at selected locations
• Render assistance in emergencies & investigations
• Detect and deter theft and fraudulent activities.
• Respond to and report any security incidents or emergencies.
• Operate security equipment, such as surveillance cameras and alarm systems.
• Collaborate with store management to develop and implement security policies and procedures.
• Conduct safety and security checks to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Interact with customers and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with customer inquiries and requests.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a security-related role is preferred.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Possess a WSQ Certificate in Security Operations
• Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and Public holidays.
