Legal & Regulatory Compliances
Monitor Legal & regulatory compliance submission
Security Operations and Management
Oversee the execution of internal & external Security Operations by ECC security forces.
Mobilize limited Security resources to produce optimum results.
Coordinate & collaborate with all Departments in the implementation of Security operations.
Fully implement prescribed Security protocols that ensured the unhampered productivity and sustained growth of the Company
Management of Multi-Stakeholder Engagement
Oversee management of local Community Relations and mobilizations, community based intelligence projects, and force multipliers.
Good Governance
Monitor the full application of the Law & regulations carrying out Guard Force Management.
Monitor the implementation of Security Protocols within the ambit of the Rule of Law.
At least 5 Yrs Experience of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Baccalaureate Degrees related to Military or Police Operations and or Licensed Security Professional
Required Skill(s): Computer Literate, Anti & Counter Insurgency & Terrorism, Law Enforcement & Crime Prevention, Intelligence & Investigation, All Aspects of Security Operations, Project Management, Guard Force Management, Local Community Relations
