Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Observe guests and patrol lobbies hotel areas as well as back of house areas. Conduct investigations and keep superiors informed on incidents involving disturbances, accidents, losses, thefts and more. Ensure that the Security Check Point is manned and clean. Check and ensure that the books, files, security passes, Identity cards and keys in the Security Room are in place. Register all Visitors, Part-Timers, Contract Workers, and Casual Labour and issue them with Security Passes. Check their possessions subsequently when they leave the building.Job Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably Ensure neat, clean and functionally operating department at all times. Manage the Hotel's assets in all areas to protect their long term investment value. Maintain a register of all service equipment maintenance and breakages; ensure that regular programmed maintenance is carried out to manufacturers' specifications. Report any loss or damage to Hotel, guests or ambassador assets on the appropriate incident report form. Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property and data bases, both hard copy and electronic. Adhere to company internet and email policy
