Job Description
Reports to
Senior Security Supervisor
Job Responsibilities
1. Safeguards the safety and security of guests and staff through surveillance and patrol around hotel premises.
2. Clocking patrol in hotel premise to monitor and prevent intrusion, damage, hazards and breaches of security.
3. Conducts random checks on goods and staff entering/leaving the hotel at level 1 security checkpoint and via CCTV system monitoring.
4. Identifies and reports unusual or suspicious occurrences to Superior.
5. Performs traffic enforcement patrols and takes enforcement action against illegal parking.
6. Renders assistance in emergencies and investigations such as fires, fights, First Aid.
7. Conducts basic on-scene investigations at incident scenes.
8. Manages and resolves verbal or physical conflicts.
9. Performs basic Fire Command Centre (FCC) duties in the absence of Senior Security Officers (SSO).
10. Performs Witness and Bank Escort duties.
11. Performs Lobby and Driveway duties.
12. Handles other security duties as and when assigned by Assistant Manager / Security Manager.
Requirements
1. Secondary 2 and above or equivalent
2. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in security operation
3. Possesses Security Officer license
4. Computer literate
5. Good communication & interpersonal skills
6. Possesses excellent problem solving skills
7. Ability to work independently as well as in a team
