Job Description
The incumbent is responsible for providing operational and maintenance support to a Privileged Access Management (PAM) infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily operations for PAM infrastructure
- Assist in the troubleshooting and maintenance of the systems and provision of privileged access for users
- Conduct daily health checks on servers
- Attend and resolve any incidents reported and operational matters in a timely manner
- Generate monthly operation reports
- Provide administrative support on the Change Requests for monthly patching
- Advise users on onboarding of their servers or other devices
- Leading a team of operations engineer
- Good Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
- Has at least 3 to 5 years in security field, focusing on PAM solutions is preferred
- Good communication and written skills
- Self-starter with positive working and learning attitude
