What you will do:
As Security Sales Manager, you will be to successfully offer Johnson Controls\xe2\x80\x99s solutions to prospective customers and in return receive orders for our offerings \xe2\x80\x93 to leverage on delivering industry standard solutions and to establish and further add to Johnson Controls\'s positioning in the market.
The incumbent will constantly be working together with Enterprise, Regional & District leadership team for continuous growth and building sustainable strategic plans, and to build and maintain long term relationship with customers.
What you will do:
Responsible for sales activities and long term relationship management for Security Solutions (Security, CCTV, Card Access, Intrusion Detection etc)
Customer development - Order intake to budgeted level of booking, gross margin and acceptable risk
Understanding of key processes, economic drivers in order to develop valued customer partnership in control and business solutions
System and consulting knowledge applicable to vertical markets
Business improvement, achieving aggressive productivity targets. Be the champion of sales processes and disciplines.
Preparation and maintenance of active medium, long term account plans
Act as industry spokesperson and figurehead in order to promote Johnson Controls\xe2\x80\x99s Brand and capability
Aggressively deploy new business initiatives
Consult/investigate key business opportunities with range of customer contacts
Product solutions design and planning with internal resources and supplier contacts
Proposal Generation
Develop methods presentations, engineer means
Research/Network, plan and develop activity, identify trends
What we look for:
Preferably completed tertiary studies in IT or similar, e.g. Diploma or degree in IT, Engineering or related field
5-7 years experience in Sales, Business Development
Experience with Security Systems/Solution offering
Strong network with Consultants & Clients
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
Experience in the use of online CRM platforms such as SFDC
Strong grasp of financial concepts and business acumen
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet established deadlines and targets
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team; ability to manage own tasks with / without supervision
A can-do attitude with high energy, a hunger for continual improvement, forward thinking, enthusiastic and a willingness to challenge the norm in order to provide new and ingenious positive team & business
