Job Description
Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Security Solution Engineer to work with the technical manager in achieving project\'s SLA.
What Will You Do
- To work closely with the technical manager and team lead to achieve project SLA.
- To understand and identify customer challenges in their IT Security domain.
- To perform installation, configuration, and response to IT Security Post-Sales support.
- To perform various hands-on security solutions deployment.
- To do technical writing and presentation.
- At least a GCE \'N\' Level, \'O\' Level or Diploma in computer science, information technology or similar.
- Preferably with at least CCNA or any security certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in Information Security or other security technologies.
- Having experience in Security best practice assessment and security architecture design will be added advantage.
- Having experience in Post-sale Security Solutions will be added advantage.
