Security Supervisor

Salary & Bonus:
Gross Salary: $3,800 - $4,000 SGD (depending on experience)
New Hire Bonus: $500

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of security officers
Conduct daily briefings, patrols, and manage access control
Work closely with client representatives and follow SOPs
Manage incidents, respond to alarms, and escalate when necessary
Provide on-the-job training (OJT) for new officers
Maintain accurate reports and documentation
Requirements:
Singaporean preferred, other nationalities are welcome to apply
Valid PLRD Security Officer License
Minimum 1 year of experience supervising a security team
Work location: Tuas
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
PC literate
