Ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors, and property within the condominium. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and residents' concerns. Enforce condominium rules and regulations in a respectful manner. Follow all security procedures and maintain a safe and secure environment at all times.
Requirements
Possess a valid
PLRD license
