Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, install, and maintain security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems for clients assigned.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for security systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to plan and implement tailored security solutions.
- Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting to resolve any issues.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to system installations, maintenance, and customer feedback.
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in handling security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems in a Security Services Provider.
- Strong knowledge of security system installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Familiar with industry standards and regulations for security systems.
