This role is responsible for delivering high-quality service and support for integrated security systems, with a strong focus on certified expertise in Lenel, Genetec, CoCURE, and Avigilon technologies.
The position ensures client satisfaction through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Monday to Friday 9 am to 6pm
Standby applicable on need basis for nigth shift (9pm to 9am)
Allowances covered
Open to Weekend/PHs standby as applicable
Need to travel to client site/islandwide for critical issue if any
Job scope:
Partner with Customer Service Representatives to promptly resolve client issues related to security systems.
Provide end-to-end support including preventive maintenance, system upgrades, expansions, modifications, and user training.
Develop and update system schematics and layouts using AutoCAD.
Foster strong client relationships and continuously seek ways to improve customer satisfaction.
Manage and renew support and maintenance contracts.
Ensure service excellence by adhering to company protocols and responding to service requests within the assigned region.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance and address daily troubleshooting needs.
Follow through on all technical issues until full resolution is achieved.
Take ownership of service-related matters post-project handover.
