The Advertising Product Management team owns products and features that are strategically important to the e-commerce business, with the mission to empower our sellers to connect with more potential customers and grow their businesses through our advertising solutions. • Improve adoption and usage of Shopee Ads through providing high quality education for sellers
• Identify and understand the target audience's pain points and learning needs
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis on advertising education structure and content
• Produce educational materials (e.g. articles, guides, pitch decks) to clearly explain Shopee Ads' features and functions to both internal and external parties
• Manage multiple ongoing ads education requirements to meet feature launch timelines
• Work with the regional Learning & Development team to plan, create and deliver online learning modules
• Regularly track and report project progress

Requirements :

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications related fields
• Excellent command of English, with strong communication and writing skills
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple ongoing tasks with concurrent deadlines
• Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Previous experience in online advertising/digital marketing is a plus
• Previous experience in training/learning & development is a plus
• Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
