Job Description

Optimize and characterize semiconductor advanced packaging processes, leveraging data-driven experimentation to enhance product performance, automation, and manufacturing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Define process flows, specifications, and requirements; verify through Design of Experiments (DoE).
Collaborate with customers on new product process design and feasibility verification.
Propose new concepts and analyze data to enhance existing product performance.
Troubleshoot machinery and perform process analysis to optimize parameters.
Support internal machinery optimization and customer sample evaluation.
Conduct on-site process optimization to meet customer requirements.
Ideal Requirements
Bachelor's or higher in Applied Physics, Applied Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Strong knowledge of DoE, FMECA, statistics, and instrumentation.
Proficient in MATLAB, JMP, Python, or similar tools for data analysis.
Detail-oriented with high accuracy in analytical work.
Experience in microelectronics is a plus.
Willingness for occasional business trips.
