Job Description
Key Responsibilities
To establish standard flow / operating instructions for Product Engineering and Manufacturing process. Conduct Failure Mode Effectiveness Analysis (FMEA) where applicable Familiar with the operation of wafer sort test (Tester platforms/ Probers) Work and communicate with customers on New Product Introduction (NPI) and Coordinate device start up and transfer. Review and analyze wafer test yields, Hold Lot Disposition and resolve (debug) any associated issues impacting yield performance (Yield Improvement). Perform device / hardware test qualification / Correlation and the issuance of the associated reports Develop and conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) where applicable Support manufacturing operations (Line Support) on technical issues relating to device testing
Job Specification
Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering It will be an added advantage if you are familiar with all or any of the following:
Wafer sort test Prober operations (TSK or OPUS) Tester platforms (U-FLEX, J750, Verigy 93K, Magnum or Advantest Tester) Applicants must be able to converse in Mandarin to communicate with our Chinese counterparts Graduate with relevant industrial attachment will be considered
