Receiving and Deliveries:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Unload, organize, and store received materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and packaging.
• Coordinate with vendors and carriers to schedule deliveries and pickups.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and update records to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.

Tool Crib Management:

• Oversee the tool crib, ensuring it is well-stocked and organized.
• Monitor tool usage and reorder supplies as needed.
• Issue tools to CNC operators according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and update records to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with the production team to understand tool requirements.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Update inventory systems regularly to reflect stock levels and movement.
• Generate reports on inventory status, tool usage, and procurement needs.
• Document any discrepancies and report them to the appropriate personnel.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols during all warehouse activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in regular safety training sessions.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, receiving, and tool crib management.
• Familiarity with CNC workshop tools and equipment is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping abilities.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials.
• Know how to drive a forklift is a plus.
• Proficient in using inventory management software.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
