Must be able to handle Full Set of Accounts independently for 3 companies
Handle accounts receivable and issue invoices timely
Perform day-to-day accounting activities, maintain records & data entry
Perform month-end closing
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monthly/annual stock count
Compile and analyse financial information for Manager review
GST preparation & submission
Familiar with the use of AutoCount system
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
Diploma or degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience with full sets of accounts
Good knowledge of accounting concepts and double entries
High degree of accuracy and attention to details with an analytical acumen
Independent, well organized, have an open mindset and a strong team player
