• Focused on the closing of large and complex accounting deals over mid-term sales cycles (2-6 months)
• Develop a deep understanding of the product and work in conjunction with internal teams to offer advice to customers.
• Develop complex pricing models through understanding the cost of delivering services in order to customize pricing for larger customers
• Work with multiple stakeholders within a company to close deals
• Work closely with internal teams and provide detailed handovers to ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Constantly on the lookout for new revenue opportunities, networking and strategic partnerships
• Build and adapt sales strategies to meet customer and business needs
• Drive Sleek\xe2\x80\x99s revenue growth by over-achieving KPIs and milestones
• Nurture prospect relationships through the sales cycle, ensuring alignment with Sleek\xe2\x80\x99s product offering resulting in a long-term relationship
• Improve existing lead acquisition channels in conjunction with internal teams
• Identify product development opportunities through customer feedback and experience

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years working with external clients, with a proven track record selling complex products or services to mid-market or enterprise clients
• Has experience working with internal teams to develop custom pricing models for clients
• Has experience working with client\xe2\x80\x99s legal/procurement teams to close deals
• Sales & Marketing experience essential
• Proactive with a positive attitude to roll up their sleeves and ensure targets are exceeded
• A networker by heart with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• A passion for technology and the local startup ecosystem
• Sales experience prospecting and qualifying leads
• Hubspot experience preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Always looking for ways and opportunities to improve the client experience
• Experience or/and background in Accounting is a must
