Responsibilities:

• Assist Accounting Managers for monthly closing, auditing and so on.
• Handle accounting matters related to one business unit
• Prepares corporate income tax with tax agent
• Supports in electronic approval system user's enquiries, change request, etc.
• Assist in various audits
• Handle/Manage time to time requests from the Managers
• Assume other related supporting roles and duties which may be assigned, including the covering of other Finance & Accounting staff's duties in her/his absence

Requirements:

• A Diploma and/or Degree in Accounting/Finance or Equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Strong working knowledge of accounting/general ledger/book-keeping
• Ability to organize and prioritize work and possess good time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word/Excel-know V look-up & pivot table)
• Experience in using SAP R3 is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and a good team player
• Professional, independent, initiative and hands-on with a high level of commitment to deliver work on time
