The Senior Account Executive is a vital support member to all agency account teams. As an account executive, you\'ll need to thoroughly understand a client\'s products or services and what their communication goals are.Expectations of a Senior Account Executive / Junior Account ManagerAssists the Account Director in business support and management.Assists in providing timely responses to client requests.Schedules business meetings and do follow-ups.Provides input for the creation and execution of marketing plansGathers data on ad campaigns to evaluate performance, and gives recommendations on ways to improve campaign performance.Tracks campaign budgetsGathers information on the competitionEnsures that ad campaigns are in compliance with advertising guidelines.Assists in developing and implementing business improvement programs.Analyses invoices and provides invoicing support.Assists in developing client presentations, proposals and reports.Maintains thorough understanding of account management principles.Assists Account Director in coordinating day-to-day account activities.Maintains a sense of discretion and professionalism, representing the GroupeQualificationsRequirements:Min 2 years of creative agency experience, especially in Social ops or social-first agency background. Open to previous social marketing executives/managers for this role.For Junior AM, min 3 years of creative agency experience in social.Strong grasp of social media space and online media jargon and technologyAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environmentAbility to effectively and appropriately interact with co-workers at a variety of levels, across many disciplinesEffective negotiation and problem-solving skills requiredExceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employeesHighly organized with a keen sense of attention to detailExceptional initiative and follow through skillsAfter hours work and overnight traveling to shoots and post sessions requiredThey must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills, allied with the ability to negotiateNaturally well organised and unfazed when working towards deadlines.Personal interest in social and social marketing, social trends is a huge plusGood to have: Past experience in FMCG or Beauty or Financial Services (Banking, Payment brands, etc)Good to have: Past experience with regional work/hubs in SEA or APAC
