Job Description

Serve as the main liaison between the company and assigned clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts. Upsell or cross-sell products and services. Develop strategic account plans. Conduct market and competitor analysis. Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations. Lead or support in pitches for new business or campaign ideas. Coordinate with internal teams (creative, product, technical, etc.) to deliver services. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets. Track performance metrics (e.g. campaign performance, client satisfaction). * Generate reports and present insights or recommendations to clients and leadership.
