Job Description


:Roles Responsibilities:

  • Develop and strengthen client relationships with Southeast Asia region, focusing on Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and India
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction in the Banking and Finance Industry.
  • Drive client retention, ensuring seamless renewals and identifying opportunities for account growth.
  • Utilize technical tools and data analytics to manage campaigns effectively, ensuring high client satisfaction and successful renewals.
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to understand client goals and key
  • Provide exceptional pre-sales and after-sales support, addressing client requirements and ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Manage weekly updates on client engagement status, facilitating transparent communication and coordination.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations and optimal client service.
Qualifications:Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success and/or Account Management
  • Experience in client service, sales, or related field, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to managing complex client relationships.
  • Confident communication (written and oral) skills
  • Project and program management experience; knowledge of key concepts including phases, plans, deliverables, scope, and tasks
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations
  • Passion about business and dissatisfaction with status quo always thinking of ways to improve/grow assigned clients
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and remain motivated
  • Strong team collaboration and leadership abilities.
