Job Title: Senior Account Executive

Salary: SGD 3500 - 4000

About Company:
Our client is a Singapore-based company founded in 2013 with a focus on logistics, renewable energy, and circular economy solutions.
:
- Control and command of the day-to-day operation performance of the department- Manages all accounting functions (GL, AR, AP, and inter-co balances, transactions and cash-flow, etc), including full set of accounts - Prepare quarterly GST returns for submission to IRAS- Prepares reports and statistics detailing financial results- Establishes and maintains accounting practices to ensure accurate and reliable data necessary for business operations.- Ensures the preparation of financial statements in accordance with establishing accounting standards and statutory requirements- Prepare statutory reports and liaise with auditors and company secretary, and tax agents.- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for management review- Company budget planning- Inter-departmental support, communication and co-operation- Work closely with internal and overseas teams on accounting matter when necessary- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements- Support ad-hoc projects as and when required
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience- At least 3+ years' of relevant experience- Experienced in full set of accounts including monthly and yearly closing and prepare of statutory reporting- Experienced in preparing GST for submissions- Organized and able to multi-task- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Teamwork and able to work independently- Strong analytical skills- Attention to detail- Preferably those able to commence in short notice
Compensation:
- Working location: Nearest MRT - Tai Seng- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm
