:The CompanyOur client, a global leading company in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a highly motivated Accountant to join them on an exciting 12 month project. This dynamic role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to financial excellence and drive impactful business improvements in a fast-paced, innovative environment.The Role

• Handle key financial accounting and reporting activities while ensuring alignment with international accounting standards and regional statutory regulations.
• Oversee external audit processes and tax compliance efforts, collaborating with local tax agents on regional income tax matters.
• Investigate and resolve complex accounting issues, providing actionable recommendations to uphold compliance.
• Strengthen internal controls and enhance financial policies and procedures to support continuous improvement.
• Lead initiatives to optimize business operations and implement technological solutions to streamline processes.
• Work closely with various teams across the region, including FP&A, tax, treasury, and external auditors, to ensure seamless financial operations.

Your Profile

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in financial reporting (Big 4 audit experience advantageous).
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and concepts.
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passionate about learning and developing new skills.
