- Accounting for construction work-in-progress and other project overheads
- Prepare/Supervise monthly close process and the preparation of financial statements and management accounts
- Ensure proper documentations for financial and audit purpose
- Ensure proper accounting policies and procedures are in place
- Support cashflow forecast and cash management
- Project cost tracking
- Support request for project fundings and annual operating budgets
- Support the project team with cost/variance analysis
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Degree in Finance, Chartered Accountant - ACCA, CFA, ISCA or related field preferred
- Minimum 4 years of Accounting working experience
- Able to work in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Fluent in oral and written communication in English
