Accounting for construction work-in-progress and other project overheads
Prepare/Supervise monthly close process and the preparation of financial statements and management accounts
Ensure proper documentations for financial and audit purpose
Ensure proper accounting policies and procedures are in place
Support cashflow forecast and cash management
Project
Project cost tracking
Support request for project fundings and annual operating budgets
Support the project team with cost/variance analysis
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job RequirementsEducation & Certification
Degree in Finance, Chartered Accountant - ACCA, CFA, ISCA or related field preferred
Experience
Minimum 4 years of Accounting working experience
Other Prerequisites
Able to work in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
Strong MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and a team player
Fluent in oral and written communication in English
