Job Scope:

• Lead the Accounting team and manage the day-to-day accounting operations including AR, AP, Billing, etc
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Update AR and AR and perform reconciliations
• Assist in processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements, according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available, when needed
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess an ACCA / Degree in Accountancy
• Possess at least 1 - 2 years\' Accountant experience in Full Sets of Accounts
• Possess prior supervisory experience
• Possess MNC exposure
• Prior experience from Logistic industry is advantageous
• Proficiency in Oracle Accounting System is advantageous
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Excellent problem-solving
• Good communications & interpersonal skills

Other Information:

• Working Day: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Salary: Up to $5500/mth + AWS + VB
• Working Location: Pioneer (3 Bus Stops from Joo Koon MRT)
