Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, ledgers, and statements for all clinics under the group. Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations in line with group SOPs. Monitor the financial performance of each clinic, prepare clinic-level profit & loss reports, and flag variances. Chase outstanding payments from patients, insurers, and partners to ensure timely collections and healthy cashflow. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reports for management review. Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings, GST, and regulatory documents. Track compliance with accounting standards, MOH regulations, and group-wide financial SOPs. Support management in developing budgets and forecasts for clinics and group expansion. Analyze financial and operational data to identify cost savings, efficiency gaps, and opportunities for growth. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to maintain financial integrity and accountability.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in healthcare. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or equivalent). Meticulous, analytical, and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, with ability to liaise across clinics, insurers, and partners.
