Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Coordinating and managing financial consolidation for the Hong Kong subsidiaries in the P&C APAC (excluding China)

\xc2\xb7 Maintain full sets of accounting and related financial accounting duties for Hong Kong\'s entity:

\xc2\xb7 Handle day to day finance function, including AP processing and including payroll journals.

\xc2\xb7 Carry out bank reconciliation, receipt posting for daily AR management.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare monthly payroll journals and any accruals journals and timely reconciliation of all balance sheet schedules in blacklines.

\xc2\xb7 Inventory and Fixed Asset management for the Hong Kong entity, with expansion plans for Japan and India.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with HR partners on HK payroll related matters of the subsidiaries for P&C APAC (excluding China)

\xc2\xb7 Process on monthly cross recharges within the subsidiaries

\xc2\xb7 Computing on quarterly sales incentives pay out

\xc2\xb7 Check and process Report expenses in accordance with policy.

\xc2\xb7 Confidential - Company Proprietary

\xc2\xb7 Manage relationship with Auditors, Bankers, and Tax Authorities and responsible for statutory financial audits for P&C APAC (excluding China) for Singapore, Hong Kong & Australia entities.

\xc2\xb7 Lead annual audit process and liaise with external & Internal auditors for any queries.

\xc2\xb7 Check revenue recognition - closing (monthly) & reconcile monthly sales cube adjustment

\xc2\xb7 Drive system integration and experience in introducing automatic payment functions and expense claim automation.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional project teams and lead Oracle system implementation.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with Credit Controller team, to release orders or financial approvals in Oracle & Microsoft Dynamics AX.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with Procurement team for P&C APAC (excluding China).

\xc2\xb7 Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least Diploma in accountancy, Degree in Accountancy or equivalent

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 5-6 years\' relevant working experience, preferably with multinational company with regional exposure and with turnover exceeding USD50M

\xc2\xb7 Experience Microsoft Dynamics AX is advantageous

\xc2\xb7 Experience with Oracle, Hyperion Financial Management and Mapics is advantageous

\xc2\xb7 Experience with US gaap and Hong Kong, Singapore local accounting standards.

\xc2\xb7 Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (handle queries in regards with the accounting matters) \xe2\x80\xa2

\xc2\xb7 Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals

\xc2\xb7 Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc)

\xc2\xb7 Familiar with compliance requirements of multinational companies
