Senior Accountant (one Year Contract, Mnc, Inventory, Pioneer, Up To 7.2k)

Job Description
- Prepare monthly inventory aging report
- Co-ordinate annual physical count
- Participate in system enhancement to improve on existing work processes as well as to improve internal control and efficiency for the team
- Review and ensure revenue and direct costs are recognised in accordance with accounting standards
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to customers
- Perform month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities for revenue and cost accounting
- Perform gross margin and flux variance analysis Review of monthly audit schedules
- Review and check debit and credit note requests
- Ensure accurate recording of inventory
- Review slow-moving inventory with stakeholders
- Review of Project and Service WIP, ensuring no long outstanding WIP
- Liaise and support external and internal audit requirements
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- With 6 years of working experience in relevant field
- Prior experience in Big 4 audit firm is an added advantage
- Conversant in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
