US GAAP month end closing, analytical reviews, external and internal reporting, journal entries, mergers and acquisitions, statutory financial statements, audit engagement and business partnering are all part of the story. We are a motivated and driven team, with a distinct international flavour, that work together towards achieving a common goal. This team currently consists of 7 people from a wide variety of backgrounds.ResponsibilitiesThe GL Team is where it all comes together.You will have full ownership over a number of operational entities and will be responsible for obtaining a clear understanding of all company activities and ledgersYou will work on a regular basis with different finance teams like Revenue, Fixed Assets, Lease, AP/AR, FP&A and Global Accounting Operations teamsYou will have to prioritize your own workload and work with the team to deliver against ambitious deadlinesYou will do a lot of analysis and provide different internal and external reportingQualificationsDo you have excellent analytical skills, an open and proactive personality, are you hands-on & creative, with a good eye for detail and would you like to make an impact?Extensive operational accounting experience (3+ years preferred)Accounting Degree or similar professional qualificationExperience with US GAAP closing processExcellent analytical skillsExtensive knowledge of ExcelExperience in external reporting incl. statutory financial statementsExperience working in a Multi-National Corporation a plusOracle Cloud knowledge would be a plusEnglish required, + one or more European languages preferredEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
