Job Responsibilities:

Periodic Financial Management

Manage end-to-end closing cycles on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. Prepare and maintain complete accounting records, including entries, reconciliations, accruals, and cross-entity transactions. Consolidate and present periodic performance results to management and relevant stakeholders. Compile group-level financial data and forecast short-term and long-term liquidity needs. Partner with senior leadership to provide precise financial data for strategic reviews and planning discussions.

Core Ledger & Compliance Oversight

Maintain integrity of the accounting ledger, ensuring accurate transaction capture. Coordinate with external parties during financial audits and statutory reporting processes, preparing necessary schedules and documentation. Oversee compliance activities covering tax submissions, regulatory filings, payroll-related contributions, and other jurisdiction-specific filings. Engage with financial institutions to support operational banking requirements.

Receivables Management

Oversee billing accuracy and monitor timely collection of outstanding payments.

Supporting Activities

Undertake additional assignments as directed to meet evolving business needs.

What we are looking for:

5-10 years' relevant experience in finance or accounting functions. Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related professional certification (e.g., ACCA). Background in audit is valued but not essential. Proficiency with enterprise accounting systems and CRM tools. Have NetSuite or SAP knowledge Solid grounding in financial frameworks, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards. Strong sense of accountability with high attention to detail. Collaborative and adaptable to fast-moving business environments. Able to think critically, solve problems effectively, and manage competing priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
