About the Role:
We are looking for a finance professional to manage day-to-day accounting functions for an SME in the construction sector. The role covers general accounting, project accounting, and financial reporting, while supporting compliance and providing insights to management. You will also coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle accounting and project accounting tasks.
Support preparation of management reports, reconciliations, and periodic submissions.
Assist in maintaining internal processes, controls, and compliance.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other advisors as needed.
Support ad-hoc finance and business projects.
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or equivalent. Professional qualification preferred.
Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting/finance, preferably in 1-3 years in construction or project-based roles.
Experience in SME or fast-paced environments is a plus.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks independently.
Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
