Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Prepare timely and accurate management reporting
- Organise annual budgeting and quarterly forecast exercise
- Perform actual vs budget/forecast variance analysis
- Consolidate operating and financial KPI
- Conduct review meetings with the Management on essential reporting
- Assist in Standard Costing calculation and periodical update
- Participate in ERP system implementation and upgrading, especially in Budget Planning and Control module
- Take part in Finance SOP review and update
- Track investment and business spending for government incentives update
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and other tasks as assigned by the Finance Director.
Requirements:
- Professional accountancy qualification (University Degree/ACCA)
- Preferably min. 5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis. Those with equivalent years of experience in Big 4/mid-tier audit firm, or/and financial reporting functions in mainboard listed company are welcome to apply.
- Good knowledge of financial accounting concepts
- Meticulous and analytical with high level of accuracy and efficiency
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, positive working attitude with discipline to meet reporting deadlines
- Excellent computer skills particularly in MS Excel
- Working experience in SAP and Dynamic 365 preferred
