Job Description

- Position Title: Senior Accounts Executive/Accounts Executive
- Working Location: Toa Payoh North
- Working Hours: 5 days (9 am to 6 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $5000 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus + AWS
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Full set of accounts, including audit, GL, and preparing monthly financial statements & reporting.
- Monthly accounts closing, including maintaining the integrity of the accounting system (perform postings, revaluations, troubleshooting)
- Handle GST returns, and tax compliance matters and prepare monthly cash forecast.
- Liaise with external auditors for half-year review and year-end audits, including preparation of schedules.
- Handling all bank matters, liaising and working with bank relationships.
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned.
- ACCA or bachelor’s degree in Accountancy with 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office will be an advantage.
