Job Description

5 days work week Industry: Construction Location: West Basic $4k-$5k AWS only

Responsibilities:

Manage

full set of accounts

, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Handle

WIP/project accounting

and ensure proper month-end closing. Prepare

monthly financial statements and management reports

. Perform monthly

cash flow updates and monitoring

. Conduct monthly

bank and financial account reconciliations

. Manage

inter-company reconciliations

and ensure accurate records. Ensure compliance with mandatory requirements, including

GST submissions

and financial audits. Liaise with

auditors, tax agents, secretariat, and bank agents

. Provide

financial analysis

to support management decisions. Assist in

streamlining processes and improving efficiency

in accounting and cash flow management. Maintain organized

files and financial records

. Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Knowledge of

Synergix accounting software

is an advantage.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related professional qualification. At least

3-5 years of relevant working experience

, preferably in project accounting. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, compliance, and reporting. Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently. Good interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders and external parties.
