Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Financial Operations & Reporting

Manage full set of accounts and ensure accurate month-end closing and financial reporting Lead the setup and maintain the new accounting system, including system setup, chart of accounts configuration, etc Record and process financial transactions (sales, purchases, inventory, accruals, prepayments, finance costs) Process and verify vendor invoices; monitor outstanding receivables to ensure timely payments and collections Reconcile customer and supplier statement of accounts Manage GST and corporate tax filing Prepare and compile business documentation for banking processes and financial approvals Work closely with operations and procurement on cost management, customer invoicing, and stock takes Liaise with the Financial Controller on financial approvals and shareholder matters

2. Cash Flow

Forecast and monitor cash flow, banking facilities, and working capital requirements

3. Inventory Management

Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate financial tracking

Requirements

Degree / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional certification (e.g., LCCI or ACCA - partial or full) is an advantage Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in the Food & Beverage or Food Manufacturing industry preferred Proficient in MS Office applications Experience with Infotech Accounting software is a plus Meticulous and able to work independently Willing to travel overseas for work assignments, when required
