We are looking for a smart and meticulous (Senior)/ Accounts Executive, APAC to join our Accounts team in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an analytic mindset, excellent problem solving skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • To perform Account Receivable duties for APAC region, mainly Singapore, Japan and China;
  • Coordinate with Sales Team and ensure accurate billing of invoice to client;
  • Ensure all receipts are recorded and reconciled;
  • Prepare debtor listing for month-end closing purpose;
  • Issue invoices on intercompany transactions;
  • Responsible for Weekly Sales Sheet Report. (churning the data for more presentable work like an update - work along with UK team)- reports to Raymond
  • Focus - invoice, data entry, billing
  • Assist and participate in Annual audit process with external and global auditors;
  • Prepare APAC sales commission worksheets and work closely with the GMs on sales commission guidelines;
  • Manage all payroll related accounting journals and accruals
  • Responsible for balance sheet reconciliation (for payroll related entries)
  • Participate in payroll audits
  • Ensure compliance with governmental laws on payroll accounting and taxes
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in Accountancy or an equivalent professional certification
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience, particularly with the APAC region coverage
  • Possess sense of urgency and adaptability to changing environment
  • Meticulous and able to meet deadlines
  • Good team player, effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to commence work immediately
