• Position : Senior Accounts Executive (AR/AP/GL Accounting Functions) - Up to $4500
• Location : East - Tampines
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4500 + Variable Bonus + Annual Leaves of 14-18 Days + Medical Outpatient insurance coverage + Group Hospitalization and Surgery insurance coverage + Group Dental insurance coverage
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• In charge of AR Retail Sales, Collection & Reconciliation ; POS Sales Posting to System, Credit Cards and eWallets Collections & Reconciliation and Cash Collection & Reconciliation.
• Liaise with Local & Foreign Currency Cash Collection Agents
• In charge of AR Non-Retail / Non-Trade, Collection & Reconciliation; Billing & Rebilling of Non-Retail Income, Rebates, Compensation etc; Create Slip for Billing & Rebilling in System and Follow up on AR collections with Vendors.
• Updating of Bank Transactions & Statements in SAP; Bank & Cash Reconciliation
• Submission & Monthly Reporting to HQ
• Back-End Collection Creation & Refund Processing
• Prepare AR Aging and Invoice Summary
• Update Billing, Reconciliation, Collections/Contra and Outstanding Status
• Analysis of Billing & Latest Collections Status by Category for Management
• Doing of CAG Submission - Monthly Sales Statement reporting & Vouchers verification and On-line submission
• In charge of doing GL Journal Entries, Audit Schedule preparation and FOREX updates
• Ad Hoc Tasks/Projects assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/ACCA with at least 3 years of experience in related AR / AP / GL Accounting functions.
• Meticulous and analytical.
• Detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with chinese associates who can only converse in mandarin.
