Job Description

Our client is a Singapore-based specialist in precision cooling and thermal management systems for data centres, offering design, installation, customization, and ongoing maintenance services.

Job Scope:

Supervise Account Executives in daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Manage the full set of accounts, including AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing. Prepare financial statements, GST submissions, and audit schedules in a timely manner. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and the corporate secretary on statutory and compliance matters. Review and enhance internal controls, accounting processes, and system implementation (QuickBooks). Provide financial advice to management and support operational decision-making.

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5 years of experience handling full sets accounts

Candidates with Quickbooks experience will have an advantage

Working Location: Kaki Bukit

Working Hours: 5 days work week Mon - Fri 9am-6pm

Salary: Up to $4,500
