• Senior Accounts Executive
• Basic Salary: $3500 - $4,500 (Depends on Experience)
• Entitled Annual Wages Salary and Variable Bonus
• Working days: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 8:30am - 6:00pm
• Working location: Penjuru Rd
• Company transport provided: Jurong East MRT / Admiralty MRT

Tasks & responsibilities

• Works closely with the superior in managing Finance team and its daily operations
• Overseeing and reviewing day-to-day financial operations within the company, cash flow, invoicing, and other transactions
• Lead and provide guidance to team members to meet reporting deadlines
• Prepare financial reports related to budgets, projections and monthly reports, etc
• Liaising with external party such as bank, auditors and tax agents
• Monitor and review to ensure monthly, quarterly and year-end closing is going smoothly
• Monitor and review schedules for the interim and year-end audit
• Other assignment as assigned

Qualifications & experience

• At least 3 years of accounting full function experience
• An analytical and mathematical mind
• Multi-tasking and leadership abilities
• Ability to stick to time constraints
• Understanding of business principles and practices
• SAP knowledge will be an added advantage
