Job Description


Primary Role:

Provide HR, administrative and accounting support to the Accountant.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Do month-end closing activities.
  • Enter accurate data into the accounting system on time.
  • Enter payroll transactions.
  • Get reports from the accounting system for use.
  • Keep accurate financial records and statements.
  • Record and process all business transactions.
  • Generate monthly HR related reports /ad-hoc reports for Management.
  • Handle employee disciplinary issues and grievances.
  • Preparation and coordination of employees’ annual appraisal exercise.
  • Planning and registering employee’s for training programs. Responsible for application of available training grants.
  • Update leave and manage monthly reimbursement claims.
  • Provide secretarial support to Management. Assist in any other ad-hoc matters or new initiatives as assigned by the Management.

  • Candidate should possess a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Bookkeeping.
  • A min of 3 years of relevant accounting and HR experience.
  • An independent self-starter and a team player.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills and time management.
  • Willing to go the extra miles.
