Senior Accounts Executive
Job Description
Job SummaryProvide support on the digital assets (cryptocurrencies) aspect of the business which involves extracting data from various exchanges and platforms, organising and recording the transactions into the accounting system. This will include maintaining the accounting schedules around the digital assets books and actively participate in the improvement of workflows. Manage and perform full-set of accounts including accounts closure to ensure the books are closed accurately within the stipulated timeline. Perform weekly reconciliation/tracking procedures for digital assets flow and exchange rate conversion of all platforms. Maintain and provide support in daily finance and digital assets treasury functions. Maintain and provide support in internal/external audit events to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Manage and maintain reconciliation reports for cross-entities transactions and recharges. Perform any other tasks as assigned.Job RequirementEssential Degree in Accounting / Degree in Finance / Professional Cert. 3 years of accounting experiences, with at least 1 year in financial industry.Preferred Proficient with accounting system and MS excel.
